1). Can I expect to get the same score in the actual test as
in these practice tests?
As is the case with any practice test, these practice tests
are only meant as self evaluation tools and do not come with
any guarantees whatsoever. These are only meant to familiarize
you with the nature of actual qualifying and licensure exams.
2). Can I expect to encounter same questions in the actual
tests?
Since these
practice tests are designed based on the same blueprint as the
actual tests, you might find questions on the same topics but
they might not be exactly the same. Since these tests are designed
to simulate actual tests, the questions are designed
accordingly.
3). Do
these practice tests contain past questions from the actual
tests?
No, these
questions are developed using various references and resources
and are based on the blue print of the topics covered by the
respective tests.
4). Do you
also provide the answer key to the "Practice Test" questions?
The
practice tests are designed to simulate the actual exams to
help you familiarize with the exam questions and help your
test preparation. In order to preserve the "Practice Test"
nature of our practice tests, answer keys are not provided.
However, we do have some products that can be run in different
modes to help you evaluate your performance and review the
right answers.
5). What
happens if I am unable to complete the practice test within
stated time limit?
Your score is
adjusted (penalized) for the un-answered questions and you are
provided an estimated scaled percentile score based on your
responses to the questions you attempted up to that point.
6). I am taking
MPJE ® for Texas, can I use your MPJE ® Practice Test?
Irrespective of
which state you are taking the MPJE ® for, you can use the
MPJE ®
Practice Test to evaluate your grip on the Pharmacy Laws. MPJE
®
Practice Test is designed to eliminate the state specificity
to the maximum extent. We do recommend though, that you use
your own judgment for self evaluation.
7). Are there
dummy questions in the practice tests, as is the case with actual
tests (which have questions that do not add to final
score)?
Yes, just like
the actual exams, some of our
practice tests do have questions that do not contribute
towards your final score. Since these questions are
indistinguishable, you must answer all questions with equal
consideration.
8). How secure
is my information that I provide during purchase?
All payments
are processed securely through
PayPal. Kindly
review
PayPal's privacy statements to find out how your
information is processed by their secure servers. PharmSuccess do not share any of your information with any
entity unless required by law.
9). What do you
charge for shipping & handling?
Shipping &
Handling for Practice Test CDs through out the world is US $7.00
10). How do you
ship the Practice Test CDs?
All orders to
US addresses are shipped within 1-2 business days by USPS Priority Mail
(usual delivery time: 2-5 business days). International shipments go by USPS Regular Mail (delivery time varies).
11). Do I save
on shipping if I buy more than one CD?
Yes, you pay
only one S&H cost of $7.00 no matter how many practice test CDs you
are purchasing at one time.
12). What
are your return policies?
Due to the
nature of the product, we can not accept any returns. Only
replacements are allowed occasionally for the non-working CDs,
and no refunds on online tests.
13). It's been
almost a week and I haven't received the CDs yet?
At
PharmSuccess.com, we try to rush every shipment and most of
them are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your payment.
We still request you to await the receipt of your CDs for at
least 7 business days before contacting us. Please understand
that weekends and national holidays are not considered
business days. International shipments may take longer.
14). I received
the email with shipping delivery confirmation number for the
CDs. But USPS website
doesn't give me any tracking information associated with that
number?
Delivery
confirmation number is not a tracking number and is normally
not updated on USPS website till the shipment is delivered. It
is only meant to provide PharmSuccess.com a delivery
confirmation of the shipment once you have received it. The
courtesy email is sent out to update you on the shipping
status of your order if your shipping address is within US.
15). Is it
possible to receive a percentile score more than 100?
Estimated Scaled
Percentile Score is not calculated the same way as percentile
score (which ranges from 0 to 99) but is
scaled to evaluate your performance. For example, NAPLEX ®
Practice Test has an attainable score of 0 to 150. Passing scores for
NAPLEX ®, MPJE ® & FPGEE ®
Practice Tests is a scaled percentile
score of 75.
16). Can I
print my score report when it is displayed?
Yes, you can
use your browser's print command to print out your score
report.
17). Do I
need any special software to take these tests on my computer?
If you were able
to take the
free demo and if you know how to play a CD on your
PC, you have everything you need to take these tests on
your computer.
18). Can I buy
your Practice Test CDs at any of the book stores?
No, the Practice
Test CDs are not yet available at the book stores.
19). As is the
case with pre-NAPLEX ® or pre-FPGEE ®, am I restricted to only
one attempt on the test per purchase?
No, unlike
pre-NAPLEX ® or pre-FPGEE ®, you can re-take the same test as many
times as you like by simply running the CD again. You can
access the online tests as many times as you like during your
subscription period.
20). Will I get
different set of questions each time I repeat the test?
No, each
repetition of the same practice test will give you the same set of
questions.

Are you
planning to release any more practice tests?
Yes, we are
constantly working on creating more practice tests to benefit
the pharmacy test candidates in familiarizing
themselves with the actual tests and enhancing their
preparation for successful results.

My online test/CD is not working, all I see
is a blank page, is the CD/program defective?
No, the
program/CD is not defective. This may occur if you have
JavaScript disabled in your browser or by some other program
running on your system. You can enable the JavaScript by
following the simple tips available by
clicking here. If the
problem still persists, we recommend running your test on a
different PC. To find out if your system complies with the

23). It's been
more than 24 hours, why haven't my access
information been activated yet?
The access
information for all online tests are activated within 24 hours
of receipt of payment. Please ensure that you are only using
lower case letters (small letters) while entering your user
name and password when attempting to access the online
practice test. If you are unable to access the online
practice test even after 24 hours of making the payment,
please send us an email with your payment details and
"User Name" and "Password" and we will activate your account
with this information ASAP. Your "User Name" and "Password"
only contain characters 'a-z', and '0-9'.
24). I did not make a note of my access info, what shall I
do?
Your payment
details and access information is also enclosed in the email
sent to you by PayPal® (at the email address
provided by you at the time of making the payment).
25). I am expecting an email from you but don't see it in
my inbox?
All emails
received by PharmSuccess are replied back within 24 hours. Some of these
emails may get re-directed to your bulk/junk mail folders
depending on your email settings. Please ensure that you have
checked those folders for our email. If still not received, please
write us an alternate email address
where we may re-send the reply/information.
